Ingredients for 12 muffins:

75 g almond flour
60 g ground almonds
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin or
line it with paper liners.

2. Now mix the almond flour, almonds, salt, baking soda,
cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.

3. Mix eggs, syrup and oil in a second bowl.

4. Clean the carrots and grate finely. Chop the walnuts. Then
