Ingredients:

For the apples:

· 2 tablespoons raspberry jelly
· 2 tablespoons walnuts
· Butter for greasing
· 2 apples
· 1 tablespoon softened butter

For the sauce:

· 250ml low-fat milk
· ½ P. vanilla sauce powder for cooking
· 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation:

1. Grease two ovenproof molds with butter.

2. Chop roughly the nuts and roast them in a pan without
adding any fat. Let it cool down a little and then add the
raspberry jelly.

3. Then wash the apples and remove the core.

4. Place the apples in the serving bowls and fill them with the
raspberry jelly and nut mixture. Put the butter on top in flakes
and place the molds in the basket of the air fryer. Then bake the
apples at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.

5. For the vanilla sauce, mix the sugar with 3 tablespoons of
milk. Stir everything until smooth. Now bring the rest of the
milk to the boil and stir in the mixed sauce powder. Let
everything simmer for about 1 minute and serve the baked
apples with the sauce.
