Zucchini Garlic Chips

Ingredients:
· 2 zucchini (250g)
· 25g Parmesan
· 1 clove garlic
· 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
· 1 teaspoon oil
Preparation:
1. Wash the zucchini, cut into fine strips and place in a large
bowl.
2. Peel the garlic and press it in the garlic press. Add to the
zucchini slices and finely grate the parmesan, preferably with a
grater.
3. Add the mixture and mix everything well together with the
apple cider vinegar.
4. Pour some oil over the zucchini slices and bake first at
about 160 degrees for about 10 minutes.
5. Then turn the temperature down to about 115 degrees and
bake again for another 50 minutes.
