Chocolate calzone with bananas
Preparation time 10 minutes
Servings 4
Ingredients:
· 200g pizza dough
· 4 tbsp nut nougat cream
· 2 bananas
· 20g hazelnuts
· 100ml whipping cream
Preparation:
1. Roll out the pizza dough and use a baking pan or glass to
cut out small circles with a diameter of about 15 centimeters.
2. Brush these circles with nut nougat cream, leaving about 1
centimeter to the edge.
3. Now peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices. Place
these slices on top of the nut nougat cream.
4. Then chop the hazelnuts as finely as possible and sprinkle
them over them.
5. Now carefully fold the dough circles together and press the
edges firmly so that the contents cannot escape.
6. Bake the calzone for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
You can serve the chocolate banana calzone with vanilla ice cream or
fresh fruit.
