Ingredients:

· 30g flour
· 55g butter
· 250ml whole milk
· 80g sugar
· 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
· 1 vanilla pod
· 5 egg whites
· 4 egg yolks
· 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

1. Mix the flour and butter together to form a smooth paste.

2. Now heat the milk in a saucepan and dissolve the sugar in
it. Then add the vanilla pod and let everything boil once.

3. Then add the flour and butter mixture to the boiling milk
and stir vigorously with a whisk so that no lumps remain. Let
everything simmer for about a minute until it thickens.

4. Then take the mixture off the stove and take out the vanilla
pod.

5. In the meantime, grease the soufflé bowls with butter and
sugar.

6. Then beat the egg yolks with the vanilla extract and add
everything to the cooled milk mixture.

Then, beat the egg whites with sugar and baking powder until stiff.
Fold the egg white into the soufflé mixture and pour everything into the
greased molds. Finally, smooth the surface.

7. Put the bowls in your air fryer and bake the soufflés for 16
minutes at 160 degrees.
