Chocolate pears
Preparation time 8 minutes
Servings 3
Ingredients:
· 100g hazelnuts
· 415g pear halves with juice from the can
· 75g chocolate
· 300g vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
1. Firstly, place the hazelnuts in the basket of the hot air fryer
and roast them for 5 minutes at 200 degrees until they are
deliciously crispy. Then set the nuts aside.
2. Then put the pears, including the juice from the can, in a
baking pan and place them in your hot air fryer. Heat them for 8
minutes at 180 degrees. When the pear juice thickens into a
syrup, you can take it out of the fryer.
3. Now carefully take the pears out of the mold and crumble
the chocolate into small pieces. Then place the chocolate chips
in the pear syrup and stir gently with a tablespoon to create a
chocolate sauce.
4. Chop the nuts with a mortar and pestle or finely chop it with
a knife.
5. Serve the pears in the chocolate sauce with the roasted nuts
and a scoop of ice cream.
