Ingredients:

· 4 eggs
· 250g white asparagus
· 150g green asparagus
· 1 tablespoon olive oil
· 250g diced ham
· 2 mandarins
· 250g baby potatoes
· 6 radishes
· 200g cherry grape tomatoes
· 2 chicory

Preparation:

1. Boil the eggs hard, quench and let cool down well.

2. Now place a heat-resistant bowl in your air fryer and heat it
up for about 5 minutes at 200 degrees.

3. Then peel the asparagus and cut off a good centimeter from
the bottom. Then cut the asparagus into pieces. Do the same
with the green and white asparagus.

4. Now take the heated bowl out of the air fryer and add the
olive oil, the potatoes, the ham cubes and the asparagus. Cook
everything in the deep fryer for 10 minutes at 200 degrees,
stirring occasionally.

5. Then take out the bowl and let it cool down well.

6. Then mix the tomatoes, radishes and mandarins into a salad
and season to taste with salt and pepper.

7. Now cut the chicory leaves and quarter the boiled
eggs. Place the chicory leaves in a salad bowl and arrange the
eggs and asparagus salad on top.
