Vegan pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:
200 g glass noodles
2 tbsp soy sauce
pepper
Chilli flakes
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 carrots
1 zucchini
4 leaves of Chinese cabbage
4 tbsp mung bean sprouts
2 red peppers

Preparation:
1. Cook the glass noodles according to the instructions on the
packet. Then drain in a sieve.
2. In the meantime, wash all the vegetables and cut them into
bite-sized pieces.
3. Heat the oil in a wok or a high pan and cook the vegetables
until they are al dente while stirring. Add the pasta and fry
briefly.
4. Season with soy sauce, pepper and chilli and stir.
5. Arrange in bowls or on plates and sprinkle with cress.
