Ingredients for 8 servings:

200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
300 g lactose-free cold cream
1 pinch of chili powder
1 organic orange
Some cocoa powder

Preparation:

1. Let the chocolate melt slowly in a warm water bath. Then let
it cool down for about 5 minutes.

2. In the meantime, wash off the orange with hot water and
grate the peel finely. Carefully cut out the fillets.

3. Whip the cream very stiff and then carefully fold it into the
chocolate spoon by spoon. Then let the mousse set for about 30
minutes.

4. Using two tablespoons, cut and shape 2 cams per person
from the mousse. Then serve with the orange fillets and dusted
with cocoa powder.
