Ingredients for 15 pieces:
150 g of tender oat flakes
150 g grated parmesan cheese
250 ml of water
Chopped herbs of your choice
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of chili powder
Preparation:
1. Mix the oat flakes with the herbs, salt and chilli. Then add
the water and let the mixture steep for about 30-40 minutes
while stirring.
2. Just before the dough sets, fold in the cheese and mix well.
3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line two baking sheets with
parchment paper.
4. Now, with a tablespoon, place 15-18 dough heaps on the
baking sheet and press flat.
5. Then bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and the
crackers are browned.
