Ingredients for 1 serving:
50 g corn grits
200 ml of water
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of nutmeg
250 ml vegetable broth
Preparation:
1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, then simmer over
low heat. Now add salt and nutmeg.
2. Sprinkle in the corn semolina and let it swell for 5-10
minutes while stirring, until a smooth, creamy mass is formed.
3. Remove the mixture from the stove and let it cool down a
little. Then form cams with 2 spoons from the mass.
4. In the meantime, bring the broth to the boil, then remove
from the stove.
5. Now distribute the dumplings on plates and pour the broth
over them. Then serve immediately.
