Ingredients:

· 800g waxy potatoes
· 2 small, dried chili peppers or 1 heaping teaspoon fresh chili
· Ground, dried chili flakes
· ½ tbsp freshly ground black pepper
· 1 tablespoon olive oil
· ½ tbsp curry powder

 

Preparation:

1. Firstly, wash the potatoes clean under running water with a
soft brush. Then cut them into sticks about 2 centimeters wide.

2. Drain the potato sticks thoroughly or dry them carefully
with kitchen paper.

3. Now preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius. Grind the
chili peppers and mix them in a small bowl with the pepper,
curry powder and the olive oil. Then turn the potato sticks in
this savory mixture.

4. Now put the potatoes in the basket of your air fryer and set
the timer to 20 minutes. Bake the potato wedges until they turn
golden brown.

5. Then arrange the potato sticks on a plate or a decorative
plate and season your French fries with salt. These potatoes go
well with fresh salads and steaks.
