Chocolate tart

Ingredients:
· 30g butter before
· 90g chocolate
· 1 egg, size L
· 30g finely granulated sugar
· 1 teaspoon honey
Preparation:
1. Chop the butter into large pieces and place them in a heatresistant
dish for the air fryer. Then grind the chocolate and add
it to the butter. Now place this baking pan in your air fryer at
120 degrees for 3 minutes until the chocolate and butter have
melted.
2. Stir the chocolate well again and make sure that everything
is well melted.
3. Then, separate the eggs into two separate bowls and whisk
the egg whites together. Gradually pour in the sugar and beat the
egg until frothy.
4. Now beat the egg yolks with the honey and mix them with
the melted chocolate.
5. Fold the egg white into this mixture and transfer the batter
to an ovenproof baking pan. Bake the cake at 160 degrees for 18
minutes.
