Salsa celery
Preparation time 17 minutes
Ingredients:
· 1 organic apple
· Half a celeriac
· About 3 tablespoons of organic olive oil
· 25 g walnuts
· 50g mixed salad
· Salt and pepper
· 2 spring onions
· 1 whole celery
· Some tarragon and parsley
· 1 teaspoon mustard
· 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation:
1. Dice the apple into pieces about 1cm thick. Cut the celery
into 2cm wide strips and then brush them with oil.
2. Put the walnuts and the apple in the cooking basket and
roast at 180 degrees for about 4 minutes.
3. Then place the slices of celery one after the other in the
cooking basket and cook everything for another 14 minutes at
180 degrees.
4. In the meantime, cut up the celery and chop the onion.
5. Preparation Salsa Verde: Chop the green herbs and mix with
the lemon juice, organic olive oil and mustard.
6. Decorate a plate with the celery slices and pour salsa sauce
over them. Then add walnuts and roasted apple pieces and
garnish with the celery pieces and the chopped spring
onion. You can serve the lettuce leaves with it.
