Preparation time 20 minutes

Ingredients:

· 1 organic lemon
· Bread crumbs (optional)
· 1 fresh clove of garlic
· 1 medium-sized kitchen onion
· 1 teaspoon cumin
· Parsley, fresh
· 1 teaspoon baking powder(coated)
· 250g chickpeas, dried
· 1 level teaspoon chili powder
· 1 tablespoon organic oil
· A little salt and pepper
· Flour

Preparation:

1. First, let the chickpeas soak in water overnight. Then mix
with a hand blender.

2. Dice the onion and squeeze the clove of garlic.

3. Mix the breadcrumbs, garlic and onion with the chickpeas
and then mix with the lemon, baking powder, flour, organic oil,
chili, parsley and cumin. Then sprinkle salt and pepper as
desired.

4. Shape it into balls and add flour to improve the consistency.

5. If you want a softer mass, just add water.

6. Put the beads in your hot air fryer for 10 minutes and deepfry
at 150 degrees.
