Preparation time 40 minutes

Ingredients:

· 1kg of fresh cod
· 30g ginger
· 30g garlic
· 10g ground cumin
· 10g chili powder
· 1 pinch of salt
· 10g turmeric powder
· 20g ground coriander
· 20ml of vinegar
· 60g tomato paste
· 100g breadcrumbs
· 4 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:

1. Cut the cod into large pieces and gently pat dry.

2. Process the ginger together with the garlic into a
homogeneous mass. Now add the chili powder, turmeric,
coriander, vinegar, caraway seeds and tomato paste to the
garlic-ginger paste. Mix everything together well.

3. Place the cod in this marinade for 30 minutes.

4. Then turn the marinated fish in breadcrumbs and brush with
a little olive oil.

5. Place the fish in the basket of the air fryer and bake
everything for 7 minutes at 180 degrees.
